1)The tone of this image is one of a great and nobel coming home after a great quest in tryumph. I think this because lady liberty is riding in on her golden chariot to a great crowd of cherring people.
2) The authors purpose was to show the great victory that was the Emancipation Proclamation in a dramatic way. It did this by showing the crowds of cherring people in a great and dramatic way.
3)the authors prospective of this photo is one of great pride in the proclomation. I think this because of the great and nobel way that the picture is prosented.

1) The tone of this is patriotic because it shows the lady riding a chariot through the cheering crowd and the men holding the American flag high.
2) The author's purpose is to show how great the Emancipation Proclamation is, that it would unite the country.
3) The author's perspective is showing his pride of the Emancipation Proclamation, portraying it as patriotic.

3.) The Artist perspective is emotional for his country. This maybe becuase their were so many different emotions around him about the signing of this proclamation.
