1. The tone of the cartoon is silly. The idea of an iPhone curing a man in a wheelchair is funny and shows this in the cartoon.

2. The authors purpose is to make fun of the iPhone by saying that it is a cure all/do all for anything that anyone might have.

3. The author quite obviously owns an Android and is making fun of the iPhone for having such a big reputation. The author shows this by exagerating what people say about the iPhone these days.

2.) The artist's purpose in drawing this image is to express feelings about how people see the Iphone as the cure all item, when in reality it's still just a phone.

3.) The author's perspective of this image is that people think technology is the greatest thing out there, and that everyone always feels like they need the best and newest thing.

2. The authors purpose for this is to entertain the viewer. That is because he shows the man with the box saying he is cured and he is acting like it is great and all the people behind him are in line to get it.
3. The authors perspective is that we rely on technology more than we need to as a whole. The phone is new and costs a lot of money but people think that it is great and will do anything such as wait in the long line just to get the phone and say they have an i-phone.
