1)The Tone Is suppose to be Serious, He is showing how people hove weapons and how he is being held back.
2)The Artists purpose is to make the reader join in on Hateing Osama.

Question 1) The tone of this is ment to be partially serious and partially funny. THis is shown from the strangulation and other violent objects that people have.

2) The authors purpose is to say dont be mad at eachother but to be mad at Osama.

3) The authors perspective is that Osama should be the source of everyones rage and anger instead of the faults of others bveing what they are angry about.
